New Bohemia Wurst and Bier Haus (House) is a restaurant in the style of what they fondly call, "New American Craft Bier Hall". There are five restaurants scattered around Minnesota, and they are popular with the sausage and beer set. The restaurant is big and roomy, and the atmosphere is convivial. The service is friendly, and the beer is always flowing. 36 local and international beers, to be more precise, along with 24 different kinds of sausages, all made with all-natural ingredients. They cut their fries by hand every day, and the buns and pretzels are also hand-made in the traditional German style. The mustard, toppings, and sauces are made fresh, too. This is a great place to visit if you want a pretzel, a beer, and a brat. They also have fries, burgers, and a vegan brat as well.
