Town Hall Station is the fourth of the 'Town Hall' bars--the first being Town Hall Brewery in Minneapolis, which opened in 1997. Town Hall Station opened in 2017, and it became an instant local favorite. Town Hall Station is so named because it used to be a gas station, and the current staff is just as eager to give stellar quality customer service as the gas station was. The decor retains its humble gas station roots on the outside, and the inside is minimalist, yet warm and woody. There is a patio area for outdoor eating when the weather is warm, and it's connected by a garage door to the building. They have food as well as drinks, and they make their dishes from scratch. The menu is based on 'road food' that is homey and comforting. The menu includes Roasted Pork Nachos, Ragamuffin Fried Chicken, and Blackened Walleye. On the drinks side, they believe in small batches as it allows them to be creative and flexible with their brews. They have signature Town Hall beers, wines, and specialty drinks such as Umeboshi Manhattan, Paloma de Leisure, and And Everything Nice.
