The monthly numbers are looking good. We have a better housing supply with less foreclosures and short sales on the market. Buyers have purchased in record numbers, putting us back to 2006 in terms of volume.  We are clearly in a sellers market with 2.9 months supply. But buyers are still winners since prices are still very low. Watch the video for more information.
