CREV stands for Certificate of Real Estate Value. This website will allow you to look up the past sale information on properties based on the CREV number, or by parcel number. You can look up parcel numbers at the county websites listed below, and then use the parcel number (PID) on this website.
The League of Minnesota Cities has a lot of information on various aspects of cities, promoting excellence in government. One tool they have on their website is a property tax calculator.
One resource to use in evaluating schools is the GreatSchools Website. This website ranks schools on their own scale called the Greatschools Rank.
