is a juried art fair that happens every year in December, featuring fine crafts and fine art by several dozens of local (and from the rest of the Upper Midwest) artists. It is held at Ramsey Middle School and sponsored by St. Paul Public Schools Community Education in cooperation with Artists' Circle.
