The Bloomington Breakfast Optimists Club sponsers the annual Bloomington Optimist Haloween Event at the Bloomington Event Center in October. They have a lot of activities planned so that everyone in the family (and friends) can have a good time. These activities include Trick or Treat Alley, Face Painting, Carnival Games & Prizes, and more.
