Crazy Cajun is all about the Creole food. It's owned by Jimmy Nguyen who is also the chef. He's from Houston, but he spent some time in Louisiana, and he decided to bring that flavor to Minnesota. He opened the restaurant in 2015, and it's a favorite of several Vikings players. He brings some of his Vietnamese background into the cooking as well, offering Boudin Eggrolls as an appetizer. The decor is minimalist yet contemporary, and the service is friendly. The menu includes Cajun Gator, Dun's Special Po-Boy (The Works), and a Seafood Platter. They also make you a customized seafood boil if you request it. The food is plentiful and spicy (especially for Minnesota), and you can order it to go.
