El Charro is a Mexican restaurant that opened in 2015 with the intent of bringing traditional Mexican cuisine to Farmington. The restaurant's architecture is reminiscent of the Mission style, and it brings a bit of Mexico to Minnesota. The staff is friendly, and the margaritas are flowing.
