Fat Nat's Eggs was opened in 2008, and it's the second of three Fat Nat's. It has a very casual and relaxed atmosphere in a nondescript strip-mall, but the food more than makes up for it with its tastiness. The staff is cheerful and friendly, and they are eager to answer any questions you may have. They serve breakfast and lunch, and their fare consists of hearty American classics. The menu includes Huevos Rancheros Con Papas Favorito, Fat Nat's (omelette), Chicken Cordon Bleu, and burgers, and they have GF/DF options as well.
