Fat Nat's Eggs--New Hope was open in 2003 by Nat and it's the first of three Fat Nat's Eggs restaurants. It is located in the Winnetka Commons.  They are known for their hearty breakfasts that are tasty as well as filling. The decor is simple and the staff members are welcoming. The menu has classics such as Eggs Benedict, Huevos Rancheros Carnitas, and Florentine Omelette. They also have special dishes such as Sammy's Triple Fruit Fritter French Toast, Biscuits & Gravy, and Fat Nat's Slider. They have a lunch menu, too, with burgers, chicken sandwiches, and other sandwiches.
