Highwood Hills Recreation Center is next to Highwood Hills Elementary School and is surrounded by a park-like area that is enjoyed by the community. There are sports fields outside and activities for children/youth inside. There is a meeting room that can be reserved as well as a multipurpose room. They have afterschool activities and summer camp activities. They offer Rec Reimagined with digital and other remote activities that can be enjoyed during the pandemic. They also participate in the Free Meals Program, too.
