Come visit 1,200 acres of stunning gardens, tree collections, prairies, woods and trails!  There are numerous classes and events to attend for adults and children alike to learn something new from gardening, arts & crafts, pollinators, and photography to home health and beauty, book clubs and a ton of free programs. The Arboretum was born through the University of Minnesota's Horticulture Research Center in 1958 and gifted to the University of Minnesota, and we are so thankful that it exists!
