Northtown Mall opened in 1972 and became the go-to shopping center for members of the community. Currently, the anchor stores include Burlington Coat Factory and two Becker Furniture stores. There are plenty of other stores including a Best Buy Outlet, Claire's, The Home Depot, Victoria's Secret, and more. There are also service shops such as Damien's Sports Barber and Nail Trix.
