Pig's Eye Regional Park is a part of the East Side River District and is situated on the Mississippi River. There are acres of flora and fauna to enjoy, and you can take your canine companion with you if you want because they will be sure to love it, too. One of the perks of the park is the 500-acre lake, aptly named Pig's Eye Lake. Fishing is allowed and there are plenty of birds to watch as well. There is a hiking trail for those who would like to get some exercise. There is also an archery range if you like to let loose with a bow and arrows.
