Saint Dinette was opened in 2015 by Tim Niver with the intent of serving homespun food that is simultaneously elevated and comforting. With the expert hand of Executive Chef Adam Eaton at the helm, the place has become an instant neighborhood favorite. The decor is contemporary chic, and the service is prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy. The menu changes on a regular basis, but it has included dishes such as beignets, sourdough fried chicken, and lamb brochette.
