Target Field opened in 2010 and is the home ball field for the Minnesota Twins. It is also used occasionally for Minnesota Golden Gophers baseball games and other regional teams. It is an open-air ballpark with outstanding views of Downtown Minneapolis. Although designed as a baseball venue, it can and has accommodated other sporting events as well as outdoor concerts.
