Thirty Bales is a true Midwestern restaurant that is inviting to experience.  It's very much a 'come in and sit a while' kind of place. The decor is both contemporary and warm, which makes for an inviting atmosphere. The name of the restaurant is from the legend that Babe the Blue Ox could eat thirty bales of hale a day.
