University Grove is a unique neighborhood in Falcon Heights that was created to attract faculty and staff to the University of Minnesota in which each house was individually designed and built. The park has open green spaces that are great to stroll through as well as a playground for children. There are park benches and picnic tables when you need a moment of respite. There is also a ice skating/hockey rink for skating in the winter. There are exercise stations, too.
